"I came 30 minutes after they opened on Sunday so not crowded yet, server was quiet but friendly when needed. Food was fantastic and the pint of cider was refreshing as well."

""At 'From Across the Pond' in Colleyville, TX, the Fish & Chips and Scotch Eggs are standout dishes. The Fish & Chips, known for their crispy batter and perfectly cooked fish, paired with hearty chips, make for a classic British experience. The Scotch Eggs, with their flavorful sausage wrapping and soft-boiled egg center, offer a delicious taste of traditional British cuisine. These dishes reflect the pub's commitment to authentic, high-quality fare, making it a must-visit for anyone craving genuine British flavors.""

"Nice little place with good British fare. Decorated in a British motif complete with whimsical salt and pepper shakers . By all means try the Scotch Eggs. All items I have tried are tasty and portions are not shy."

"This was our 1st time coming to this place and it was a good experience. Some of the items are an acquired taste but doesn't mean it's bad food so I'm not gonna judge by that. We ordered the "Steak and Ale Pie", The "Shepards Pie", "Scotcheggs" (both regular and spicy, the "Rarebit" appetizer, and the "Blackberry Cheesecake". We enjoyed everything. As I said before however some things are an acquired taste cause even though the Scotch eggs werent horrible neither of us could do the texture of the egg. I did have to pick out all the mushrooms of my Steak and Ale Pie; I didn't remember seeing that ingredient on the menu but it was easy to remove. The service was very friendly. There was delays in getting drink refills but there seemed to be only 1 person serving tables so we just let her know when we needed refills. All the food appeared to be made upon ordering cause it does take a few minutes for the food to come out; Which was fantastic! I have to say my favorite dish was the Rarebit (spelling?). It's beer-cheese, bacon, and graded cheese an either toast or thick cut French fries. We got it on fries and it's a dangerous item cause it's so delicious!!! The beer-cheese didn't overpower it. It recommend trying this place out. They have lots of gluten free options."
