"Usually Great food and service but tonight it was lacking. They were busy understandably being a Saturday. Ordered by phone for pickup and was told 30 minutes. Went to pickup 35minutes later. Gave name and they yelled out name and no one brought food. As I stood aside waiting multiple people came in for orders and were ready immediately. I told the girl up front my name again and I would be sitting on side waiting for order. She said “that’s fine” after another 15 minutes I went back up and she ignored me as I waited and answered the phone and did other things. (Store not busy at this time) Then comes up and said, “did you order 2 items of … “ and I said “yes”. I noticed MY food was ready the moment I walked in the only brown bag above their oven that was grabbed. She didn’t want to check or inquire if it was mine. I asked if it had been ready and her response “ I don’t know.” No apology nothing. Very unprofessional and rude customer service. Food was COLD and you know how Alfredo sauce thickens up after it sits aside?!"

"I be trying so hard to support y’all. Local pizzeria and NY style, but every visit it’s something. First, the cooks should be trained on how to cook the pizza so it the crust is can hold up the weight of the ingredients. Every time it’s soupy af. This time I’m given my pizza and I get home to see… it’s not my pizza. I go back and I’m given the right one, but it’s ridiculous having to go home and check to see I’m given the wrong order and then having to go all the way back. Stuff like that happens but please continue to train your cooks on how to ensure the quality of the pizza is up to typical standards. Why do all the ingredients fall off the slice like soup????? That’s not how pizza is supposed to be, yet every time I order that’s what I get. I’m gonna keep supporting but please please make it easier on me. I’d much rather buy from y’all than dominos or pizza hut. (Born & raised on NY pizza and have trained cooks on how to make pizza.)"

"Great local pizza shop. Friendly, fast service at a reasonable price. The food is always fresh and delicious. I had their 2 piece lunch special with a drink and it was under $10. It’s was good and filling! I’ll definitely be back again soon to try out all the other dishes."
