"Wanted to pay with a gift card but the lady at the counter was a bit confused and didn't speak English. Appently only one person speaks English was working. Seemed dissisve of customers paying cash rather than using the robot-screen clerk."

"Staff is INCREDIBLE! Most McDonalds will ignore us when we go to the register like we are an inconvenience and force you to use the kiosk to order. Even Managers have said they wouldn't take our order and we need to use their machines. Not here! We are greeted the moment we step through the door with a smile. Staff will drop what they are doing greet us and take our order and make conversation. They are the happiest, hard working employees and seem to enjoy their jobs and each other. We also love that they still have soda machines available unlike the newer remodels. We will continue to go out of our way just to come to this location for the staff and cozy atmosphere. Well done Colleyville McDonalds!"

"My husband and I went through the drive through and the person taking our order was rudely frustrated with us, so we told them we would go inside instead. Once inside my cousin accidentally order his chicken sandwich without a bun and asked if he could get a bun. They were rude to him and continue to talk smack about him in the back. Please get new employees and filter the sodas and refill your drinks!"
