Jack in the Box

"I wonder how many of these one star reviews are from first time customers? My degree is in Hospitality Management. I understand that everyone expects a certain level of service from a fast food joint. What I don't understand is people who leave a bad review on one visit and probably blow things out of proportion. I'm not calling anyone out and I know I probably shouldn't put this in my review but Jack in the Box is a fast food burger restaurant It is not a five-star dining experience and was never intended to be. Every time I go to this Jack in the Box... The service is impeccable. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is always clean. There have been a few times where something was forgotten or I didn't enjoy what I ordered and I don't take that out on the staff. I wish I could review it a hundred times to get your review total backup to three and a half or four stars or whatever because I think that most of these reviews are unfair. Now for my actual review for today. So it is Christmas Day and this location was literally the only place for food on Rufe Snow that was open. It was quite obviously busy, very busy. In spite of being a little overwhelmed and having angry and rude customers, Kyle who was working the register, was visibly flustered, but ran the crew with an efficiency that was better than most people would have put out. He kept as calm as possible and was very very polite with all guests even the ones that were yelling at him. I'm very grateful for the service and I didn't mind waiting because I understand when there are that many people it's going to take a while. That's okay. Just wanted to let you all know that Kyle crushed it and so did the cooks. I'm very pleased with the service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Thank you for being open, thank you for great service, and thank you for clean facilities. And Kyle deserves a raise for real."

"Every time we go, something is broken, or they're out of something. Once they had no tacos. No big deal. The next trip there shape machine was broken. Whoever owns this is losing sales and should maintain their equipment and inventory better. The kids that work there are nice though."
