"Ordered a XL Brooklyn style cheese pizza it arrived messed up, i called the store they gave me problems about remaking the pizza because some of it was already ate but I have kids that had been waiting on it. If they couldn't remake it, fine give me a partial refund. But they finally opted to remake the pizza and send it back out. The remake arrived worse than the first pizza. Called the store they told me there is nothing they can do for me can't refund and can't remake the pizza. They also forgot my 2 liter Pibb extra and 6 cups of ranch on the first delivery had to call and tell them about the Pibb, I was heated and didn't even mention the cups of ranch they forgot. It's probably not the stores fault or whoever made the pizza, it's the delivery driver that's either taking turns too fast or holding the pizza bag sideways. When I spend $60 on pizza and $5 on a tip before I even get the service, expectations are a little high. No way for me to remove my tip. I have ordered this same exact pizza from the same store multiple times and I have never had this issue with the pizza sliding around or whatever the issue is. The lady on the phone said this is normal, and the Brooklyn style pizza is just flimsy."

"This location is far too understaffed to handle the volume of orders it takes. They really need to limit that, but the franchise just doesn't care. Just like most businesses over the last several years, all they want is to pay the lowest wage and collect as much money as possible. All while the customer service goes further and further downhill. Also, it doesn't help that the Domino's corporation itself milks the franchises for all they're worth, leaving little room for error. And let's not even talk about the poor quality of some of the ingredients. That pepperoni is disgusting, and it's the most ordered thing they have. I'm done."

"Took an hour. Order was marked delivered 30 mins before it got here. The manager said "The app does that. We don't know why ." When it finally gets here it's cold, greasy, and smashed. The driver didn't have it in a bag, and rushed off as soon as he handed it to us. The store is 6 minutes from my house. I don't even think this is the driver's fault, because the order was in "quality control phase" for 20 mins. I get an email apologizing for the order "Not being what they hoped" half an hour before it got here offering me a free pizza or %50 off my order. I want my money back."

"1 star because zero is not an option. It took over an hour to get our cold pizzas so we called and they said they would send out hot ones. The driver gets here with an attitude and wants the other pizzas back. We have never had a problem here before but tonight was horrible. Will not be eating here again. Basic communication skills and customer service is not something they pride themselves on!"

"So I have ordered from this location about 2 times maybe 3 max and the service is HORRIBLE. They do not sever follow directions you pay for three toppings and they give you the equivalent of 1 all together and I ask for well done otherwise it basically comes raw and they have yet to deliver it in the way I ask and not to mention the hard thank you to my 16 year old for not tipping the driver because 1000% the order comes wrong and generally I don’t mind tipping. Pizza was the option because I had surgery and couldn’t drive or lift anything, but I love dominos the store up the street is my favorite and I wish I could pay them to deliver to me. Had to put the pizza in the microwave to get it how I ordered it. Sadly I ordered a pizza they got it wrong called them and they offered to remake it and still got it wrong which speaks to my history. This will be my last time order here until either new management or better cooks"
