"Buffet was dismal, hardly a lunch buffet. We were going to bring a group on and they holy has spaces for 3 or 4 pizzas and no real salad bar. Pizza Hut is always my choice, excited to see a dine-in location, just a minor let down."
"I'm referring to the pizza hut on Rufe Snow in Watagua, Tx: The guy who took my order was great and the pizza was handed to me quick. My problem is there was this huge sweaty looking guy with red wool for hair and no hair net standing over my food while it was being cut!!!! Best be grateful I didn't find any of his nasty hair in my pizza! I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!!"
"This has to be the worst Pizza Hut in the entire world. From the quality of the food, to the service. I will NEVER EVER go back to this location nor recommend it. If you want a pizza that looks 5 days old and looks like it was made in the microwave, and they act as you are to like it and they really don't care. We reached out to the district Manager and they stated that they get complaints multiple times daily about this location, asked that we go to a different location to pick up a fresh made pizza that is all out of the way. I have been eating Pizza Hut since the 80's. You have be warned!"
"In our last three visits, the pizza has been ready 15 to 30 minutes later than the stated time on the app. Pizza was still hot and good though. During my most recent visit, I went inside to pick up. It was very hot. I asked the cashier how long the AC had been out and she said, two months. While their food is still good, their service is 1 star and their treatment of employees is 0 stars."
"I was being nice for giving one star! The worst buffet ever. Never changed the pizza. Same pizza for 40 minutes til me and family just left. Only 3 pizza on buffet with some dry bread sticks and cinna sticks. Poor service had to ask pasta. Dirty plates, I'll just stop with rant now. Sorry Pizza Hut never again!"
