"Went to lunch with my kids and grandbaby. Seven total.. when the food finally arrived, one of the meals was not what we order so my son in law had to wait for the correct food to be made while we all ate..BUT that isn’t even a big enough deal to leave a one star review. While waiting a HUGE WATER BUG went crawling across the wall directly behind us (adding pics) ! Now I understand those things get in from outside and all that but what gets me is the way the manager handled it. (Which is why im writing the review) I told the waiter, he then killed it, apologized and offered us free desserts. I said no thank you don’t think I’ll be having anything else. He then says he will get his manager over. Manager comes to the table and says “soo, I heard yall had some excitement over here?” I said yes. Without even apologizing, she then blames it on the restaurant next door. I’m waiting on her to say well we will take care of the appetizer or take something off the bill but NOPE. Never came back to the table and sent our waiter over (AFTER the bill was issued ) with 3 buy one get free entrees at that same Cotton Patch!!! Umm no thanks won’t be back"

"To the managers and cooks at this Cotton Patch: y'all should be completely ashamed of yourselves. This is unsafe food and you clearly don't care that you ruin people's nights. We ordered using Uber eats, all food entirely inedible. Raw ground beef, and far too late now at night to go find other dinner. All you guys had to do was cook burgers long enough. This is so pathetic and all cooks here should be at minimum yelled at bad by management, and all management needs to at minimum be yelled at by owners. Honestly, serving food like this means it's not abnormal too allow this to go out. See pics: nasty wet buns with completely raw ground beef. NEVER GO TO THIS TERRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT. OWNERS: DO SOMETHING ABOUT EMPLOYEES WHO MAKE YOUR BUSINESS LOSE CUSTOMERS. STAFF: YOU RUINED OUR NIGHT. YOU DONT CARE THOUGH OBVIOUSLY."

"Vey good place for some truly good home cooked food. The chicken fried steak was delicious and the grilled chipotle maple chicken was awesome. The fried green tomatoes were great as well. The staff was very friendly and super attentive all the time and we were very well taken care of. Love this place we will definitely be back here."
