"I’m giving them 3 stars because the service was great, however the food was unacceptable. My wife and I visited last night and both of us received crunchy rice (myself more than her). I have no desire to finish my food for constantly biting into uncooked rice. My wife is a fan of the chain, however, as far as I’m concerned, we will be making two stops if she wants to continue to eat at this location."

"My husband brought me a chicken biscuit this morning from this place and the biscuit is so hard. I have NEVER gotten a hard biscuit from ANY Chick Fil A. What was intended as a sweet surprise, has turned into a breakfast disaster. I wanted to post a video, but I can only post a picture, which does nothing. Very disappointed!!! Never eating here again!"
