Domino's Pizza

"Employees at this particular location are mentally challenged, I'm not joking. This was the worst pizza/food ordering experience ever!! Person taking my order couldn't spell, I'm dead serious. We had food delivered from this location in the past, but I was told that I was out of their delivery zone.....Like I said, person taking my order asked me at least 10 times how do I spell name of my street and she still couldn't get it right....Buckle up America Gen Z has entered the work force"

"Ordered a pizza for pickup tonight and we were told it would be ready in less than 30 minutes. When we arrived to pick up our food we were told that it would be ready 1 to 1.5 hours from when we ordered. We waited the full 1.5 hours only to be told that it won’t be ready for another 20 minutes. Still waiting & very unsatisfied with dominos tonight. They need to fix their online system so it shows a correct pickup time. It’s absolutely ridiculous how long we have waited for this pizza!!!"

"Personally, I'm a Pizza Hut guy, but my wife doesn't care too much for em, so since she was buying, Domino's it is. So my wife placed an order for us for 2 medium pizzas, a few drinks, and cinnasticks. About an hour had passed and the tracker was still stuck in the same position. So, I decided to call them and check the status of the order and they said that the driver had just returned and will be on the way shortly. about 15 minutes later the pizzas and cinnasticks are delivered, cold, and without the drinks. So I call them back to let them know that the order came and that the drinks were missing (which occurs frequently with them). After speaking with her manager the young lady informs me that the manager had informed her that in order for them to deliver the drinks (the very same ones that THEY forgot to deliver) they would have to charge me a delivery fee. Why you have to charge a delivery fee for something you forgot to deliver, I will never know. To top it all off, there was no icing packet with the cinnasticks. So we have, 2 cold pizzas that tastes like burnt cardboard with tomato sauce, cold pieces of hard cinnamon bread with no drinks. I do want to mention that they did offer to credit the account, and they actually did it this time, so that was nice, but seeing that the pizza is mid on a good day, I would have much rather have had the drinks just be redelivered."

"Usually this place is amazing. Last two times very very slow service. Service didn’t even match the apps ready time. I got a message that your order will be ready soon. Well after the 32 minutes approximate time. After waiting 15 minutes in the restaurant I get a message that my pizza is in the oven. And when I finally get my order the guy behind the counter wouldn’t even give me my ranch dressing that I clearly ordered until he saw my receipt which he had a copy of lol"

"Bruh, the pizza was like tasty cardboard. Ordered thin crust and the lack of cheese, sauce, toppings was ridiculous. The Carbonara was light on the Alfredo sauce but tasty. I mean, what do you expect for $6.99. The medium pizza was $6.99 as well, but I had much better pizza for that price elsewhere. Service was ok (nothing special). Not going back there."
