"I was looking for a place with good BBQ and Massey's was only a half mile from my hotel. The location was good, the Brisket was great and the service fantastic. Lisa took my order over the phone and it was ready when I got there. Her and Brittney were both very helpful and friendly. If I ever get back to the area I will definitely go there. SKIP the Fast Food places and get some real food just a short drive - less 2 minutes off the main highway."

"So worth the stop or a detour! Delicious BBQ, sides and dessert. Super friendly staff…we were greeted by the owner like family. We had the brisket, pulled pork and sausage for our meats. ALL top notch. We had both regular and spicy bbq sauce and they went beautifully with the meats. The potato salad and mac & cheese were perfect. Finishing with some super creamy banana pudding. We are happily stuffed! The attached pavilion ensures seating won’t be an issue. So worth the trip if you are in the Fort Worth area!"

"What a neat little place with a great owner they come out and greet you make sure you have everything you need. They have an interesting way of selecting your food to keep the line moving that says they are used to a lot of foot traffic and foot traffic means good food and they did not disappoint we tried a little bit of everything and all of it had a good flavor the atmosphere right along with the service was amazing. It has indoor and outdoor seating areas I would love to come back when it gets cooler and see how warm you can stay next to the fire but it looks like they're prepared for everything cuz there's heaters everywhere. I also hear there is good entertainment on the weekends, and I looked up some of the past entertainment that has come through there and it looks like you could have a good weekend experience there also. definitely a need to try establishment"

"The food was absolutely delicious. That sauce is 5 star. The service was great they were super friendly from the entrance to even when we left. The waitress offered us a chance to use her eclipse glasses to check out the solar eclipse before we left. We will recommend this venue to our friends and hope to come that way to eat again."
