"The night shift is fantastic!!! We haven't ever had an issue with them getting our orders wrong, food is always fresh & hot. Everyone is so nice and enthusiastic to help. This is our go to Friday & Saturday nights!"
"Absolutely horrible. Just went through the drive-thru. Got the munchie box spicy ck sandwich with tacos and fries. The fries were so hard and extra greasy, like they had been refried and small pieces/crumbs (definitely not edible) as shown in the picture. They didn't give us the spicy sandwich but instead some basic regular sandwich with nothing on it and it was cold. The tacos were old and cold. Got a mocha ice coffee and almost choked whatever the hell was in my coffee (also shown in the picture). It's unbelievable how messed up this order was. I tried calling them and nobody picks up. Calling my credit card company and getting my money back. I'm not paying for trash."

"Service is so slow every time I go. Even when not busy. I’m sure my mobile order was fresh when made but I had to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru to receive it. So everything was cold. Employees are friendly it’s just the speed of service that kills the experience every time."
"Jack's used to be my favorite, especially after clubbing. Then it sucked gor mad yrs. I stopped eating it for a long time. We went to Dallas, I got hungry and we decided to stop. This particular Jack's was GOOD! The tacos were crispy and the burger was hot and tasty. Nice job."
