"Service is always fast and friendly. Location can be a bit tricky because of the interstate and feeder roads but once you get it down it’s no problem. Ordered ahead five days in a row while in town on business and never had to wait."

"Literally takes a minimum of 20-45 minutes to get a cup of coffee every time I am at this drive through. One other car and myself. This has happened multiple times. I just think everyone should be aware of the wait at this location."

"I have always had the best experiences at this Starbucks, and having been a gold member since it began in 2008, I've been to a LOT of locations. Every employee from the shifts at 5am to some "last call" orders at 8pm have been as sweet as the syrups they use in their drinks. Even the one time they got my order mixed up, I had to practically beg them NOT to give me free drinks, a gift card, a refund, etc. That is how committed to customer service this location is, and is a shining example of the management here. I've worked at Starbucks myself, so I know the pressure and stress that comes with the job. Especially when you're the only location in town and right off a major highway. These guys are amazing. Today though, I got something special with my order as you'll see in the picture. Nothing huge, but it's a perfect example of just how absolutely sweet and amazing these employees are. Thank you guys, for making me smile and giving an otherwise unremarkable Tuesday morning, a special start. Edit - I have dealt with the drive thru worker, Tabitha (forgive me if I got this wrong), several times. She's NEVER been unpleasant. There are a few times where she doesn't say much, but come on! They have a drive thru timer folks! What is she supposed to do, have a whole conversation with you? No! Get your drink and move on! Tabitha, you are fast, efficient and nice. You. Don't. Owe. Anyone. Anything."

"I live in the area… Usually takes 10-20 minutes every time I go in the drive thru or inside. My drink isn’t right half of the time. I’d hate if this were my morning stop Starbucks but thankfully it’s not. A better attitude when they’re behind would be decent too."

"I was absolutely amazed at how awesome the staff was, especially the male in the drive thru. I accidentally ordered a hot caramel macchiato through the app, I meant to order an iced. When I got to the window I asked for a cup of ice and he said would make me another one and I could keep the one I already had. Thank you for the amazing service because not all Starbucks employees are like you guys :)"
