"I only have a 1 star because I had to. We do not order off the kiosk machines, for personal reasons. When asked if they would take our order the last replied " in to busy" rudely and never looked at the front again. After standing there for more then 10 min, we left. There was others that was wanting her to take their order behind us and they ended up leaving also. So thanks for nothing Alvarado McDonald's. We won't be back"

"The service is ALWAYS bad here, but when we went last night to let the kids play, the restaurant was so dirty. Took 20 mins for the food to get ready && they don’t bring it to you like the self order tells you, so when in the play place you have to constantly get up and check if your food is ready, the tv that shows which orders are ready either doesn’t work or they don’t turn it on, they had someone’s vision sitting on the counter where they were serving our food. Not one employee said anything to me the whole time I was there."

"I have been to this Mcdonalds a hundred times. Morning crew and breakfast is consistently right. I have been twice for lunch this week. I ordered a #1 with a LARGE fry. I get a large container that literally was half full of brown cold oily fries. Dirty oil makes dirty fries. Why do they have a large container and then only half fill? It wasnt "shook" down! They lay it on its side. Same thing today. Except the Big Mac literally was floating the meat patties!! About a 1/4 cup of Secret Sauce. The large fry container literally was flat and half full of brown fries again! The large fry is over $3.00! Shouldnt i get $3.00 worth of fries. Literally the sum total of the two large fries i purchased this week would not even fill the large container. Are your margins so tight on food cost that you cant afford to give us what we have paid for? I dont want to appear to be mean spirited. Just a heads up I started eating at Mcds in 1970. Thank you Morning Crew! You guys are always nice and my orders have always been right."
