"This is horrible. Check you pizzas before you leave the store. What I don’t get is that this order must’ve passed through multiple eyes and at what point was it deemed good and ready to serve? Quality was poorly done and the wait time for another pizza to say the least."
"Another LC that can’t help but hire children. Amazing to sit around waiting for food that was supposed to be ready already while staff is ignoring the ringing phone, texting in their phones with headphones in, and making sure them and their buddies can clock out together(no mind the wait) to go smoke weed in the parking lot. Professional and exactly what you’d expect out of a LC."
"A month ago, I placed an order at 7:30 pm. Was told that it would be ready between 8 and 8:15 pm. I sent a friend to pick it up, and they told her that there was not an order placed in my name ( which was not true because I had placed the order on my credit card). She placed the order again, and got the order finally at 9:20 pm. After placing the order at 8:15. The manager the next day hung up on me twice. I was Able to get a hold of the owner. Told her what happened and she refunded the $38. That manager does not know what she is doing. Her staff is lazy like her.This store is not handicapped accessible, no wheelchair access."
"Usually I never have a problem with this place and it would get a 5 star rating except for this one incident about a week ago when I went to get an order for a teacher friend of mine. The manager seemed to have an attitude problem when I gave her the tax exception form for the order. Which I was told needed to be presented to get the exemption. Because the order was large we had to pay 1st online only to be informed that we would need to be charged again to get the exemption. I told her that it was okay don't worry about it. After they brought the pizza out for me to carry out she was like that's it. Very dismissive and not polite at all. Other than that the staff is very pleasant."
