"My recent experience at Cici’s Pizza in Pasadena, TX, was truly exceptional, particularly due to the outstanding cleanliness and freshness of their offerings. The attention to hygiene was evident throughout, with tables meticulously prepared and the entire restaurant maintaining a pristine condition. What stood out the most was the infectious enthusiasm of the employees. Their genuine happiness created a welcoming and positive atmosphere, enhancing the overall dining experience. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in their work, contributing to the restaurant’s inviting ambiance. I must also applaud the cleaning lady for her exceptional attentiveness. She consistently ensured that every corner of the restaurant remained immaculate, reflecting a dedication to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. One noteworthy aspect of the Cici’s Pizza experience was the manager’s proactive involvement. The manager was consistently visible, actively supporting the team and ensuring a seamless operation. This hands-on approach undoubtedly contributes to the positive work culture and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately I was not able to grab his name."

"Had a bad experience at another Cici’s location, it was no different here… The Gulfgate location gave me free buffet coupons and I was told I couldn’t use them in this location… when in the fine print it CLEARLY states I can use the coupon at ANY location. Not sure if the manager Jose wasn’t aware about this but this is absurd, he said the other manager lied to me when he stated that u could use this anywhere... I will be contacting corporate."

"This is the only CiCis we come to because honestly it's the best one we've had. We have visited other locations, and they have just not been good. This location is clean. There's a female worker, an older lady who seems to ALWAYS be there and she is such a hard worker. She's constantly on the move, making sure all tables and floors are clean. The food and dessert was hot and coming out quickly (vs other locations we've visited where we've literally had to wait in line if we wanted to get dessert and only had like 4 pizza options available). The games section is upgraded. There is a card machine you load to play the games and there's several good options. They also have the regular old-school candy machines. The manager made sure as we were leaving that evening was good and greeted us out. Overall, it's a good experience every time we come."

"One of my favorite locations. The manager here is really a great guy. He greets. & thanks people and ask them if they need anything else . Like he speaks to he's guest. We love this location . He cleans and just makes everything right. He respects he's workers ."
