"Update 1/3/25 Dean made our pizza’s perfect I did have an issue with the delivery driver, but it technically wasn’t all her fault. I was just trying to get it delivered by a certain time the app told me a certain time and then it was later than that but all in all she was nice and they were hot thank you Cecilia. Sorry for being rude! I love these guys they are awesome. I’ve always love Domino’s Pizza but they always deliver it to me fresh also. And even when I had a special request she did it with no problem. Thank you guys for being so awesome especially during these trying times. I think it’s tacky that people get upset about this establishment locking their doors when there’s been a lot of robberies in the area and they’re just protecting their employees. I’ve never had anybody be rude to me I’ve even went in there upset before and they fixed it immediately with no problems. Sometimes they are understaffed. But what do you expect there’s a pandemic going on and at least they are they are still working and providing us with food. Thank you guys keep your heads up."

"Wish I could give them no stars!!! Horrible service!!! Finally had girls night ordered the kiddos pizza so they could have a yummy treat and never received it!!! I called 3 times and was told it would be 45 min. Twice. The third time I was told I had to come pick it up. I explained to them I wasn’t home and they said okay well you aren’t getting pizza today. Wish they would have communicated with me in the three times that I called so I could have cancelled the order and ordered my kiddos something else. They lady on the phone was horribly rude and hung up on me when I was talking to her. Definitely will not be ordering from Domino’s EVER AGAIN!!!!"

"Typically we have a great experience. We have ordered plenty of times and our food is always perfect. Today 3/1/21 they gave us an old pepperoni thin pizza. Unfortunately we didn’t see it until we decided to grab a slice, by this time the kids had already ate about 1/2 the pizza maybe less. I called about 3 times and the store never answered the first time it kept me on hold for 15min. I finally decided to drive to the store when I arrived I showed them the pizza and explained the situation as politely as possible. The first thing the girl said was, well it’s half eaten. She was a bit rude despite the pizza being old and extremely thin, thin to the point we couldn’t grab it off the box, we had ordered hand tossed. Thankfully they decided to make us a new one. Our pizza was ordered at 7:37pm it is now 8:56pm we are outside the store waiting for the new pizza. So overall quality of food is great. Delivery guys are nice and respectful. Customer service, phone and in store definitely do not recommend. When we finally received the new pizza it was better but this time almost no cheese and sauce."
