"I was order #092 tonight. I ordered my 2 pizzas online at 8:05pm and went to pick it up at 8:30pm waited in line until 9:30pm just to find out my order was never being prepared. This is the 2nd time this had happened at this location. No one was remorseful for the fact that my pizza was never made, I didn’t even get an explanation for why my pizzas were never made. Do they not check the online orders until you get there????. I just got a refund. Horrible service."
"Last time I went I waited AN HOUR for my order because I ordered online and they kept giving it away until I walked in the building I had to ASK where it was Then today they were giving everyone the wrong order. I had to tell them MULTIPLE times the name and order number and they kept giving me the wrong order still. Then when I finally got my order one of the pizza's looks great and the other.... looks reheated and they only put salt on half the crust. Don't go to this store."
"Don’t order from this location, ordered a pretzel pizza they gave me a regular and very poorly made pizza, parts of the cheese and pepperoni looked spoiled and reheated, and just put salt around the crust… waste of money."
"I'm so sick and tired of them saying to some people that it's a 10 minute wait but the person that comes in after you comes and goes. I have sat there and watched them stack up the pizza as they come out to get them all boxed. Then they charge and hand them out one after the other. Change your sloagan about it being ready to go. They know the time people start getting there. Why not prepare ahead of time?"
