"It disheartens me to see other reviews, which in my opinion, does not match the quality of food and the quality of service that I received today. Is the food a little more expensive than other places, not for the quality that you get. My girlfriends and I spend around $50 for lunch which include 3 types of meet, brisket is our favorite and the turkey was amazing soft and juicy and a jalapeño sausage link. We had three drinks and we both got a dessert. The true rating should be around 4.5 - 4.7. Keep up the great working and keeping the quality standard high."

"2nd time here and still happy with their food. Everything we ordered was good. They gave us a couple slices of brisket to taste and it was good too. It wasn't the best we've ever had but I'm really happy with our meal each time we've been here. The Jalepeno Sausage was outstanding. The snap of the skin was pure enjoyment each bite. Perfectly smoked! Turkey was juicy and the chop made for a nice sandwich with the slaw and pickles on it. Their BBQ sauce has a nice flavor as well. This is hands down a way better meal than that so called BBQ franchise that's on every block of this city."

"I received a pint that was filled 3/4 of the way up with soupy beans. The brisket was the extra fatty part or completely dried out or just plain bark. Don’t know how I ended up with two end pieces of the turkey but I guess I’m just lucky I ordered a pound and the rest of the turkey was the only saving grace in this meal. The coleslaw was bland. I got brisket that was all bark and no meat some moist and some jerky all of it was marbled heavy in fat not much lean meat. This place claims to be the worst BBQ in Texas and with this visit they definitely lived up to claim. If it hadn’t been for the turkeys the whole meal would have been $100 down the drain."

"I had catering this past weekend from Rudy's for my wedding and I was so impressed. The time for delivery was 1:30pm and they were there even earlier and set everything up for us. The food was delicious and I had so many leftovers! I just want to say how happy I was with the timely service and delicious food we received! My dad was in charge of it and spoke with Mikayla (sorry if I'm spelling it wrong). I called the day before to change the contact person for them to call when they were on the way and they were very understanding. Overall amazing and I was so happy with how great everything tasted. I got some many compliments on the cream corn! Great service, professional delivery, and very prompt service."
