"Second time coming to this location and my order was not ready on time. Had to wait 20 minutes beforei could get my order. Pick up time was 4:45pm finally got my food at 5:05 pm Was told by the worker that I have to wait until he finishes up with the walk ins first. What is the point in ordering 2 hours ahead of time if you cannot pick it up on time? Will not be shopping at this particular location anymore."

"Ordered Uber eats from this location. They gave me an ice cold Philly. Who in the world would want a Philly cheese steak that has not been heated up. Tell me how you make a Philly cheese steak and decide the person eating it probably wants it cold. Honestly unreal."

"Typical subway sandwich. I wouldn’t come if I didn’t like the taste. The main issue I have with this location is that the mobile/app ordering experience is pretty awful. The sandwiches are never prepared when they are supposed to be ready. On numerous occasions I have ordered on the app and when I have arrived at the store I have to basically get in line for my order to be prepared. This last time I was there it took an additional 25-30 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready before I actually got my food. That pretty much defeats the purpose of the mobile order. Seems to be staffing related issues but unless you have time to spare you’re better off just going in to the store or driving to a different location to get your food faster."

"i placed an online/mobile order. i wanted lettuce, black olives, banana peppers, ranch, and parmesan cheese. there’s no ranch, no banana peppers, and a couple green peppers on my sandwich. the boy and girl who helped me were sweet, but my sandwich was disappointing :( especially with an online order that has everything i want laid out."

"Absolutely the worst subway sandwich I’ve ever had, ever. This was an online order, was to include Mayo(I had to add my own, black olives(none), vinegar(none) tomatoes(rotten and old) and the actual sandwich was just terrible, old dry hard roll, minimal minimal ingredients added. Absolutely atrocious. 100% would not recommend."
