"The pasta was NOT GOOD lacked a considerable amount of flavor and taste to the point it wasn't edible. The pizza was lacking in taste though crisp of crust was good. The melt was really good, loaded with flavor - I shouldn't have bothered with the other two items on my order."

"I will drive any distance to eat here! I wish I had specific names so instead I have the date. 9/15/23 at 9:40 at night we came in, we knew it was late and they all probably wanted go home but we apologized for late hour and they were very gracious. We eat here a lot because they know how to make the crust perfectly. Well this time it was wrong but when I asked about it the young man apologized and made a new pizza! They didn't have to do that, I wasn't mad or anything, he simply wanted to make things right. Now that's an awesome work ethic! That's very hard to find anymore. He also took my number and said the next time we come in he will make the same pizza for free! He could have just said sorry and left it at that but he went above and beyond! I will never get pizza from anywhere else! Thank you guys so much for your Graciousness and professionalism and hard work! Bless y'all, From The Watson Family"

"Placed my order 5 minutes before 4pm on a Tuesday. Was told it would be delivered in 21-31 minutes. 45 minutes later I had to call and check the status. My order arrived almost 10 minutes later. The pizza was almost well done, which I didn't request. I also asked for contactless delivery. The driver didn't look to see that. The Cinnabon order was also over cooked. I'm nitpicking this order but it all is is just carelessness. I would have appreciated a call to tell me how late my order would be, for the employees inside to just pay more attention to the orders and for the drivers to read the instructions on the order."
