Domino's Pizza

"This is by far the WORST dominoes I’ve ever dealt with. And that says a lot considering I travel for work and order from dominoes all over the country. This store is the slowest everytime I order I have to call an hour later just to get an update. It’s a 50/50 toss up whether my order is made correctly. The crust is never completely cooked. And whoever they have answering the phone always has an attitude. The one good thing about this location is the delivery drivers are always nice."

"placed an order for a pizza, stated delivery time would be between 31-41 minutes, only for the order to sit in prep for 40 minutes and then have an additional 70 minutes added. $40 for two pizzas and having to wait over an hour and half? Pass. The app doesn’t allow you to cancel an order so i had to call the store, only to be told my order had been changed to carry out and it was ready, but it was in fact not actually ready, so he told me it must be out for delivery, despite the app showing over an hour for delivery. It took over ten minutes just to get my order canceled."

"Terrible location. Don’t even bother placing an order online because the time frame given is always inaccurate and you will receive a call from the location informing you of a longer time. Also, don’t plan on a delivery. Just plan to pick up. Unfortunately today, I didn’t even get a call about a longer time frame so I waited 30min, went to pick up, and was told to wait another 20min, along with a long line of angry customers dealing with the same thing. The franchise owner really needs to get this location under control. The only reason they’re probably in business is because there’s not many options in Justin…"

"I ordered curbside around 7pm, my order was supposed to be done between 7:15-7:25 I got there a bit later because I needed to make a stop before getting there. I get there, a worker comes out and tells me part of my order isn't ready and it'll be another 6 mins, no big deal I didn't mind waiting a couple mins. Over 30 mins later I'm still sitting there waiting for my order to be brought out, I've watched each delivery driver leave twice, a few other customers pick up and leave, I finally go inside and ask about my order and it's just sitting there on the counter, the employees just made excuses as to why it hadn't been brought out to me. By the time I got my order it was cold! As I'm talking to the guy asking him why my order had just been sitting there if it's done and ready to go, this girl employee starts whistling over me as I'm talking. These employees are careless and very disrespectful and shouldn't be working anywhere involving customer service, does not seem that they care at all that people choose to spend their money here for a service that's advertised. Domino's needs to do better and hold their employees to higher standards!"
