"Over charged me to swap the beef to chicken. On app it’s $.80 and in person that black lady tells me it’s $1+ I mistakenly forgot to change in app. For .20cents she was holding up my order. And that lady is rude and never change gloves after touching other things. Eww I would never recommend anyone to visit this location until the worst attitude and employee are change . And definitely need customers service training."

"Me and my son are quite literally regulars, coming in every night. He is very very picky on what he eats yet this Taco Bell for the past few days keeps getting it wrong and he ends up just giving up on eating for the evening. The lobby is always a 50/50 on cleanliness. I've seen roaches, I've seen trash everywhere. They usually do a good job on keeping it clean, but I'm almost always expecting it to be trashy. The employees seem to be very 80% drive-thru 20% dine-in focused. Tonight whole I'm typing this they have no carbonation for Sodas, which means all they had was water, Gatorade, and tea to drink. Kind of dissapppinted."

"Zero stars if I could, don’t waste your time or money here. Was told after 20min my order could not be made, then that they could not refund me either and that I would need to call corporate to get a refund. Call the bank and stopped payment. Never again will I go to Taco Bell They wait is always insane on the wait time here too. Worst location and management possible"

"I came to this taco bell at around 9:30 Dec 26 and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Josh. He was so attentive and sweet and likable my mother and I were so grateful and talking about it the entire ride home. 10/10 customer service, thank you Josh for being so sweet and awesome!"
