"I dont shop at the outlet mall too often but with my last visit I walked into CK and saw some sweatpants that were on sale. I didnt need them but I liked the style and I was going to purchase them. I decided I would go back the next day to try them on so I asked the cashier if she would do me a one time courtesy of holding the two joggers for me. She asks this guy whom I can only assume is the one charge if she can do so. A few seconds later she proceeds to tell me, "no." I then asked for the manager. She calls him over and I ask him if he can make the exception just for tomorrow and the guy just says, "no." I'm not sure if this store meets its quotas during the week or if they rely on sales over the weekend but on this day the store had little to no customers. I was disappointed that as an associate or manager for this retail company they were not willing to keep the sale or the customer. There is a difference between a customer who frequently asks for a discount and a courtesy for a customer depending on a stores policy for a hold, return, or discount. Customer service is lost here. It is unfortunate that many retail stores are closing. This type of service does not help business and it's no surprise customers turn to online shopping and employees lose business and hours/wages for the same reason."
