"This place is awesome definitely a little more pricey than han expected but the price does match the taste of the food. I got the pulled pork sandwich, it was loaded with pulled pork and i also got a loaded baked potato. The atmosphere was great everyone was nice and welcoming only downside is the drinks were a bit pricey too but thats ok Their portion sizes are well worth the price. juicy and smoken hot( temperature wise) Everything was really good"

"A little off the beaten path, but well worth the drive. I had the beef brisket, and it was the best I've had since my move to Texas. It had a really nice bark, a good smoke ring, and very tender. The potato salad and coleslaw were also excellent. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend it."

"I walked in the front door to a warm welcome from the staff! They briefly explained their menu and how to order, then described their sides to me. The sliced brisket was amazing, super tender and moist. The jalapeño cheddar sausage had a great crispy exterior and was so flavorful! Now, as important as the meat is in BBQ, I'm a firm believer that the sides can make or break the experience. Green Chili Hominy - just get it! It's so different and has amazing complex flavors. The greens - y'all, I could eat these everyday! They're easily the absolute best I have ever had! BBQ sauce - definitely different but in a great way! Again, complex flavors but without overpowering the meats! The price - with a beer, that was a $40 plate but as you can see from the last photo, it was entirely too much food for me for one meal! So I'll gladly enjoy a second meal out of that! Additionally, I read many other prior reviews, this place is not overpriced, the meat is weighed properly, the staff is not rude and the bathrooms are easily located through the door to the patio!"

"The place was busy and had a line out of the door when I was ordering so I got it to go. The atmosphere was great. Service was great. The food was ok. I had the brisket both the lean and fatty. There was nice seasoning and the fat cap wasn't too big. Great flavor. Personally a little dry but way better than a lot of places out here. I can be pretty picky on Brisket so I'd say this brisket today was a 4/5 but with the smoke ring the spice and over taste I have high hopes for it and will try it again. The jalapeno cheddar smoked sausage was perfect. Nice bite to the skin juicy and flavor..a must try. I opted for the "creamy" coleslaw and the collard greens. The coleslaw tasted decent but it wasn't creamy it was a vinegar slaw which I like both kinds. Also it was just cabbage. At least in my portion there wasn't anything else. Like I said it still tastes good but I was hoping for something to cut through the fat and salt. The vinegar base is good. Just not what I ordered. The collard greens were... different. We're a little thick and the meat inside was good but something got caramelized or they had been stewing too long it took on an almost teriyaki or soy sauce kind of flavor. I'd give em another try to see if it was just a one off. Overall id say they had good food and great staff. Worth a try. I'll get the Mac n cheese and maybe a cobbler to try next time."

"Damn good BBQ, but you’ll pay some cash. My bbq plate was 75$ out the door. Little steep in my opinion for BBQ but this is a new establishment so they have to get some cash flow going. The BBQ was cooked perfectly and juicy. Brisket was tender and had a great flavor. They had the best collard greens I’d ever had. Beans were sweet and good too. Their bbq sauce is an acquired taste. Very tangy. Overall I’d definitely come back, but it will have to wait till payday. This place will hit the wallet."
