"Decided we needed a change and I-Hop was perfect. Our server was very attentive. Didn't take long to get our food. Food was delicious. I had the chicken salad dish and my hubby had the Breakfast sampler."

"We met family here Christmas evening to eat since we had to drive a long way to pick up a family member. I get it’s Christmas and things can be busy but after checking in for a party of 7 we waited over an hour for a table when we were told 15 minutes. We watched other parties of 8 to 10 people go before us that had just walked in the door. And then ask the hostess why we had not been seated, and when she asked me my name and looked at her chart, she had been realized she had skipped over several times and admitted it. Then she said, well, we didn’t have seating for your amount of people anyway, which was a lie because others had been seated with a lot more people. When we finally got seated and waited on, they took our drink order then our food order and next thing we know it’s two hours later and we are still waiting on food. We look around only to notice that no one in the restaurant has food and there’s no food coming out of the kitchen at all , our waitress had only been to our table once and we never heard from her again. No one was explaining why there was no food or asking if we were OK. None of the tables were being waited on and again there was no food coming out of the kitchen so after 2 1/2 hours we decided to leave , we let them know why we were leaving and asked for a check just for our drinks we didn’t even get an apology or an explanation again I get that it was Christmas, but someone should’ve been communicating and there should’ve been an apology for everything that had happened. On top of that there was lines of people waiting to come in to get seating that had been told their table would be ready in about 10 minutes and there were plenty of tables And they had been waiting for a long time. There were several tables that had been waiting for food for over three hours and since there was nowhere else to go to eat in town I imagine this is why they didn’t budge so quickly to get up and leave like we did ."

"By far the best customer service I have ever received in a restaurant. Food was delivered fast and tasted amazing, server was there for my family’s every need. As well as amazing and very patient with my crabby 2 year old.. our servers name was Shawna. I couldn’t have asked for a better young lady to assist us that night!"
