"The staff is pretty friendly, just not readily available. The clothes and princess are about what you would expect from a place like this. My biggest complaint is the kids section. For some reason they have a horrible kids selection at this location. It’s almost like they only carry whatever leftovers the delivery truck had. And the kids area is all mixed up. They have boys and girls just mixed together. If you’re looking for girls Western wear in particular, don’t waste your time here."

"I love the smell of the place (if you like the smell of leather). I like the service with a smile, as well as the prices vs other western outfitters in the Laredo area. Was worth the trip and even felt comfortable enough to buy some things here. Had a gentleman helper tag a long with me the entire time I was in the store answering all of my questions and he was very knowledgeable. Very pleasant shopping experience."
