"Limited selection …overpriced consignment styles ….most disappointing part was the older lady that followed me around the store and even had the nerve to watch me get in my vehicle….how sad but honestly not surprising...hopefully they get a better selection and a more professional staff that is nice to EVERYONE….I will definitely continue to make the drive to San Antonio and San Marcos….better selection, prices and most of all better customer service"
"It being Joe Brand, I expected a good experience. The return policy was never made clear from the start. I was told that they would return no problem since it was a gift. They made up excuses about cologne being touched and that they couldn’t take it back. It’s a 500 dollar purchase I made as a gift to my husband and he wasn’t allowed to look at it? He never sprayed it or anything, he smelled the sample and they made it seem like I was lying. The whole thing was ridiculous. It could have been handled better. They basically said that the cologne was damaged because it was in the car too long and refused a return, instead I ended up with credit to a store I never want to go back to. Customer service means everything to me and I’m very unhappy with my experience. Please do better."
"I will never set foot in this store again. I mailed back a return, already purchased new item & when they received the return they accused me of wear. AND there was a casino ticket in the pocket with a date that was BEFORE I purchased this. Shame on them! They did me wrong & will continue to do others the same way. Horrible customer service and screwed me! Look out people! (ZERO stars, I had to click one to post this)"
