"Today I made an online order, I went to go pick it up less than 5 minutes later as I live right around the corner. I get there about 15 mins before closing, they try to tell me they're closed, I tell them I already paid for my order online to which the person claiming to be a manager named luscera replied "sorry black people took it", i tell them it obviously wasn't me as I made the order 5 mins ago and left the house right after. she again just repeats that black people took my order. At this point I'm just in shock and say "ok well here's my receipt, can you make my order?" The person again replies that because some black people took it she won't make it again. I tell her again it wasn't me and if she won't make my order I want my money back, she also refused and then told me she would call the police? Not only were her comments racist but it's obvious she wanted to close the store early and just never made my order. I didn't get my food or a refund. This person should not work at this store anymore and I will reach out to corporate as well. To do all this rather then just give the food or refund like any normal food place with decent customer service, is just insane. To want to close 15 minutes early so badly, that your employee says they won't give a refund because they gave my food away without checking the name is just beyond awful service and lazy. What other place tells you sorry we accidentally gave your stuff to someone else, refuses to refund said stuff after their own mistake, and then blames it on "black people"? This person is completely incapable of working anywhere with customers and needs to not longer be working there."

"I really enjoyed the Burger King in Brookshire Texas. The staff is always nice and no the menu. My food is always warm and I never have any issues. I go there a lot. I think it's a wonderful place. And they keep it clean."

"I ordered an original sandwich With no mayo. When she handed my food she said be careful it's hot it just came out. It was full of grease I was trying to eat it on my way home and the greece was literally Dripping onto my lap, burning me. I've always eaten burger king but this was disgusting. And to add on to the grease drippings It was super salty."

"It's hard for this location to get an order right. Every time they screw something up. Not cool. I'd rather have Mcdonald's next door. Nothing for the kids to do but eat and wear crowns. This location left me wanting. Not satisfied."

"TLDR: RESTUARANT GENERAL MANAGER IS BAD Service at the counter WAS good until we poured our drinks. Everything was flat in the lobby so we asked for soda from drive-thru, only to hear the RGM announce that there is nothing wrong and that it ran thru the same soda line, he then came out to drink from the lobby, rudely and loudly announced to his crew that there was nothing wrong with it in front of us mockingly... he then continued to the back while loudly complaining during our visit... I still thanked the lobby and drive-thru crew, but I can still hear him complaining vulgerly"
