"Sat at curbside for 1 cheeseburger for 20 Minutes. Nobody was in the drive thru and it wasn’t busy. It was $2 worth of food. I just left."
"Was over charged for a quarter pound with cheese combo, had to get a partial refund. I went to fill my drink cup and noticed mold/mildew on the ice dispenser, I mentioned it to a manager, not sure what action he’ll take, but it was gross, I wonder how often they clean it?"
"Fish tasted old and rubbery, bread hard, nuggets cold and chewy, large fries were hot and fresh but put in bag sideways, so half were in bottom of bag. Very disappointed."
"I have been to this MCDonalds several times and it's always the same. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! They take your order in the drive thru and you drive up to the first window. They take your money and don't say a word. You drive to the second window and don't say a word. Whatever happend to "Hi" or thank you or Have a nice day? These employees need to realize their pay checks come from customers. The owners needs to clean house including the manager. Either the manager does not pay attention to see what is not happening or doesn't care. I will be going across the street to jack 'n the box where they acknowledge their customers!"
"Curbside Number 4 i guess was made not only for cars because it runs along side of a wall behind spots 1-3 . Im in a big truck and they didnt want to bring me my order because they said its not a parking spot. Its clearly marked on rhe pavement and the sign is facing towards that space. The date was February 7 at 4 pm. I waited almost 1/2 before u received my food. Ive parked here before, and didnt have any problems."
