"It's not the first time I come and they always close the door before 10 pm."
"Placed an order on the Subway app. For some reason the app shows the closest store on the "Top of the list", but it sends the order to the 2nd store on the list. According to staff at the 1st store, she said it happens at least 5 - 10 times a week, forcing the customer to drive a mile up the road to the 2nd store on the list. The 2nd store needs to have better training for their employees, teaching them "HOW TO READ" would be a good 1st step. I specifically REQUESTED a "toasted bun", but proof in the pic shows a lack of toasting of the bun and the additional request for the removal of some of the bun was also ignored!"
"The service is always great, but the restaurant needs some updates and some good cleaning. The decorations on the window are coming off, and there are a lot of bugs there."
"This is how I received my sandwiches after ordering from the drive thru, I told them very little mustard and Sriracha sauce. It's a Buffalo chicken and a meatball marinara. I did not do anything to them other than open the wrapper."
