"They sell you hot and readys as extra most bestest. Looks like 2 day old pizza. Manager is also rude."

"First time at this location and my last. I ordered online for pick up. Of course it was not ready. That would be okay, but this place has absolutely no meaning of the word customer service. It’s not just about making the pizza, come out from the back acknowledge and greet your guests. There was no sense of urgency."

"Placed an order online for pick up at 6:30pm. At 7pm the put my pizza in the oven. So I asked the kid in the counter is that my pizza the one the cook just put in? His reply was I don't know, ask him. I was like what. About 6 kids working, never saw an adult or manager, no customer service skills. Pizza was not what I expected. I wish I could post pictures... Never again I'll order or buy from them!"

"Ordered thru drive thru.. But machine want working went to window pizza I ordered want ready they said it would take 15-20 minutes. No biggie, until I was there 45 minutes then to have the little kid give me attitude for me telling them I was given the wrong order. Then had the audacity to say I will make you a new one. Not gonna happen, asked for my money back and still was given attitude.. only 2 young teenagers were working. I feel they should have at least four to five people working for a fact food place. They need big time training.. and old school home training..BIG TIME. will never ever ever go there"

"First time I used the little caesars pizza app. I was supposed to be able to pickup my pizza at between 6:55 pm and 7 pm through the window. I waited in a long line that moved so slowly in frustration I got down to pickup inside. 5 customers were inside waiting to pickup their orders or to place. One lady said to the employee her order was 1\2 an hour late. Another lady left after being told her order was going to take 25 minutes to get. I picked mine up 32 minutes after it was supposed to be complete. I think next time I will go to a competitor. When I use their apps I sometimes wait 5 minute later to get my pizza."
