"This is the worst experience I’ve had tonight. They messed up my order 3 times. They were getting upset bc I kept returning the order but it was THERE FAULT. If the roles were reversed they would’ve felt the same way I would’ve. Just how they took 40 minutes of my time.. I took there time by checking my order slowly and throughly. I spoke to the manager and he was very unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMMENT THUS SPOT AND IF ANY OF THE EMPLOYEES SEE THIS, quit laughing around and talking when there’s a full line waiting."

"I’m not buying the excuses anymore because “We’re a new location “. Damn, I thought Alamo was bad. This is my fourth time going to this location and it’s always something. And I even blame myself a little this time because I should’ve known better. I’m sure y’all get a lot of phone calls too considering that the line goes dead when asking to speak to a manager. I live 3 minutes from this location and I’d rather drive 15-20 in highway construction to the one in San Juan on 83 than have to deal with this staff again."

"So it’s understandable that this location is new, the night staff is rude and will tell you that the McDonald’s code on your app doesn’t work there. I have used it during lunch hours and works fine. But still, the day shift people don’t pay attention to the front. There needs to be more training done at this location. I don’t think they are ready to be opened. We have ordered three times from here and the food has been cold . When you complain they don’t do anything about it. Next thing to do is take it up to cooperate"

"Ordered my items. Got to the window and was told some of items weren’t available. So I asked for a refund they told me to go to the front so I did. They did not refund me the full amount of the item and did not bring me my remaining order. I waited as 20 cars passed. I then went back to the window and told them I wanted a complete refund. They failed to do that. I then had to go inside and ask for the remainder and they still didn’t give me a full refund. Amazing how I gave them 20 dollars and received 17 in return and no food. Management clearly is hiring candidates that can’t do basic math or have ethical standards. Not only that but they laughed at me. Luckily I got this all on recording on my dash camera. I wouldn’t doubt it someone else got my order and they messed up the cars behind mine."

"New Place at this McDonald's I tried it and the place is super clean and the food is awesome and fresh. Not too many options but I will try it later some other time. Employees are very nice but need to not stand around too much or laugh loud and need to learn more Spanish and be more attentive. However the Employees are very kind bringing stuff to me when needed so I thank you for that."
