"I actually love this H-E-B. My issue isn’t with this store it’s with the corporate policies. For online shopping if there is an organic or quality ingredient item it is never available down here. We only get the crêpe items filled with chemicals. And our produce quality sucks! If you are hiring professional shoppers for delivery orders - then you should hire them not to bring you produce that is old and disgusting. If H-E-B isn’t carrying something fresh then they shouldn’t bring you anything at all. Why would I want rubbery watermelon? Grapes with mold? Pomegranates that taste like wine? You guys need to do better. We not may not be hoity-toity Austin down here but we know we are your bread and butter. And we deserve better!"

"I of course love H‑E‑B, but recently this San Juan location has been slacking. It use to be so great. Employees were nice and it felt like they enjoyed their job. Now, employees seem rude and like they do not care. Even in the pharmacy, they don’t greet you or have a smile on their face and come off as rude. I hated how they were leaving carts in the parking lot corrals and when you got to the front thinking there would be carts, you had to go back to the parking lot to get a cart even( I specially felt bad for the older people). Glad they changed that back to normal after a while."

"Went to heb and pufchase a bag of tortilla chips they were crispy the way I like them .but man had hard burn big time . So I tried it again sure enough heart burn again . I guess the the fryingoil that they used. Looks like a new item . Never again"

"We really enjoyed visiting this location while we were in town. The store was clean, organized, and the employees were very helpful. They had a large variety of Halloween themed baked goods. We bought a zombie cookie cake. 10/10"
