"I take my 7 yr old here on his special treat days (or whenever we feel like it). The food is fresh, healthy, and delicious. My son's favorite is the strawberry and spinach salad (all salads can be made into a wrap) with an extra boiled egg. I like all the fruit bowls but my favorite is the Tidal Wave bowl and the mango smoothie. The peanut butter protein balls are good, too. I like everything here and the staff are helpful and friendly."

"First time visiting and it was delicious! I was basic and got the acai bowl. I came after going to the gym and honestly it was really refreshing. Everything was REALLY good. I hadnt had an acai bowl in a long time and it was good to know that Bahia bowls has great options. Definitely will be coming again!"
