"Popeyes is a great food place but over all logic to give spicy pieces of chicken when ordering was classic over wait time isn't exactly a valid excuse just so the customer didn't have to wait so long. I don't mind waiting if it means I can avoid getting spicy chicken. My stomach can't handle spice that's why I asked for classic. Not mad just disappointed."

"First of all. Your a manger and while my food was just sitting there she was texting away. Took like 20 minutes for a two piece of chicken and 3 tenders. Women's restroom had fruit flies so bad."

"Pulled up to order, waited about 15 minutes.. no response. Said hello? No response. So I drove up to the window to see if maybe their speaker was just out thus why no one heard me at the drive thru area, But no! there was a whole group of them just standing talking to each other. I waited at the window thinking someone would walk up and address me but again.. no they all acted like I wasn’t there and continued to laugh amongst each other. This all happened during OPEN hours so not sure why they decided to not work on the clock.. definitely don’t recommend this place!"

"Very slow in getting orders out and not one bit apologetic about it. I've been a few times. It usually takes a half hour or more to get your order and half the time they are standing around talking while orders pile up. Also, the place could use a good cleaning, especially the bathroom."

"This must be one of 3 Popeyes in the whole country that doesn't absolutely suck. They actually were serving the food on the menu, the staff was polite, my order was correct, and they gave me THREE WHOLE DIPPING SAUCES! They didn't make me feel like a criminal for asking for sauce and they even gave me three instead of the single packet I was expecting! I was here around 1720 on June 20th. I haven't been to a Popeyes in about 3 years because of how bad they've become country wide. I saw this one had 3.9 stars and figured I'd give it a begrudging try. So happy I did and received a normal, pleasant fast food experience. All other Popeyes need to learn from this one in Kingsville!"
