"Drive through not set up right and service is slow as heck. That got a pay raise you would think the service would be jumping . Nope always waiting on order and the order has been wrong 4 out of 5 times. Not good not good at all."

"I had to go inside cos they forgot to put two homestyle burgers in my bag.....but all 5of them had way too much salt.....hard to go back since I drove 35 miles to get there....."

"This location is usually busy so the workers AND locals should be used to a slight wait. The environment is nice and friendly. The food depending on speed of service can be great but as i stated depending on service. Today i waited at least 15 minutes for a tea and soft drink AFTER being asked to move up. The food was cold by the time i arrived home just a few blocks over. Our slush we ordered was also watered down due to wait. I would definitely recommend HWY 77 over 14th street location. That is through my experience though."
