"We ordered 3 sausage biscuits, all 3 were hard. I asked for jelly/jam, was told it was already in the bag and it wasn't. Again we ordered 3 biscuits for 3 people and only received 2 napkins. I know it was early in the morning, but they need to try to be better."
"Consistent food, service was good, but the bathroom they share with the gas station beside them was horrible around 2pm Sunday Nov. 12/2023. It just seemed like no one had looked at it the whole day?"
"The time we arrived was very busy and the line for the drive-thru was really long so I asked my husband to run in to make our order. Our youngest went in with him but soon came out because she wanted to tell me there were dead flies on the floor all over. My husband says there was no line inside and watched the workers make our food fresh to avoid having extra protein with the kids nuggets. Not sure if this is a once in a while occurrence but my husband doesn't intend to stop there again on our day trips with the kids."
"Drove up to buy coffee. I ask for a cup holder. I drove to 2 window. The girl didn't have the coffee in a Togo tray. The lady got mad and threw the tray and coffee at me. Almost burn my hand. Sad u have employee like this. U have no control of them."
