"I can’t believe how terrible this Arby’s is!!! I just got home with my order only to find the Brown Sugar BLT was not in my bag. I was given a buffalo chicken sandwich. I ordered not only cheese sticks, but curly fries and jalapeño bites. Paid over 20.00 for meal. I get home with the buffalo chicken sandwich and cheese sticks. Supposedly I wasn’t charged for the jalapeño bites, but where are the curly fries? Last time I go to this store! Incompetence deluxe should be a new item on your menu!!!"

"Worker was helpful trying to get a lettuce wrap for a bread-free sandwich and it worked well. Burger was huge and tasty, Mac and cheese bites good but pricey, gyro was good, but just a tad greasy."
