"This place is so disgusting! I ordered a #1 with mashed potatoes. I got mashed potatoes that looked like grits and tasted very sour! They took 45 minutes for two meals! I love chicken express, but it’s gone down hill!!!!"

"The food at chicken express is delicious! The chicken is juicy, the gravy goes great with the chicken tenders and the tea... the tea is my favorite. We get it by the gallon. The service is ok. Sometimes you get good service, sometimes the people there seem like they just don't want to be there. The atmosphere is not all that good. The lights are off sometimes, leaving the dining area with just outdoor ambient light."

"Don’t want to go back! First of all we waited a very long time at the window for our food as well when we got our food we were NOT impressed. I order a biscuit and received a pathetic piece of a roll . In the box I didn’t even get a liner for my food and looks very unappetizing. The staff was sloppy and lazy with our food. Next time , we will stop somewhere else for our chicken ."
