McDonald's

"If I could give negative stars, I would I really don’t like going to McDonald’s but I do because of my girls. I order on the app and went inside to get my food gave them the code. My food was not even prepared. I ordered at 7:10 arrived at McDonald’s at 7:45 thinking that was plenty of time for them to prepare my food. Took them about five minutes to acknowledge me. Once they did gave them my order number and they could not find it in the system. Show them the confirmation and email. and still no luck. you would think as a manager you would prepare my food right away, but that was not the case. I saw her prepare about four orders before she even acknowledge mine. Finally, the guy prepared my order and handed it to me. I then looked in the bag and there was no jelly. No napkins. Customer service is not up to par. So I told the guy it’s OK. I’m in a hurry, he laughed at me and turned away. I addressed him again and asked him if he was laughing at me. He said sure. I asked to talk to the Manager. The manager was standing right in front of him and told her he likes to speak with you not even acknowledging me. She said he needs to come back later. I’m busy. Very disappointed with this McDonald’s, which I will never return to it again."

"Tried to order a 6 piece McNugget happy meal for my daughter like I always do at this location and was told that they only serve a four piece but on their menu board and on line for their location shows that they have it."

"This location still needs to improve on their customer service and their overall long wait line outside. They did improve by adding another drive thru but still can be a long wait. Bad part you literally have to drive around to get into the lines. Parking can be an issue if you are dining in or leaving due to the lines blocking you in.Customer service has their days. Restaurant is clean. Restaurant has messed up several times ordering here. Couple times ordered through doordash, order was completely wrong and received someone's order that was not me. Guess that's fast food for you."

"I ordered a hamburger and I was craving a box of cookies and she said I only have three cookies and I told her can I wait for the box and she said no. In the end she said yes. Very bad customer service. Very rude."

"Very ashamed of the service and quality of this location. Was in the drive thru on the inside lane and had 5 cars on the outside lane have there orders taken before they even came back to me to even start my order. And to add when I got my food it was a total disaster. My hot n spicy chicken had a clump of mayo with no lettuce at all inside and was smashed to death and also got a mcdouble which was smashed also and only had 1 pickle with it. The quality of that establishment is just beyond ridiculous and should have someone fix everything if they want returning customers. All I wanted was a good quality meal after a long days work. I feel sorry for this establishment."
