"Not a great first and last impression. Expected a better dining experience for spending ~$250 for seven people and spending 3 hours here from wait to check. Food was cold for my wife (had Jungle steak & shrimp), my food was bland, cold and devoid of flavor (Taste of the Islands). Men's bathroom was turned upside down with no documentation of the last time it was cleaned by staff onsite. Moses, the shift manager, was able to comp some items which was appreciated. Felicia, our server, was pleasant at first but was not very helpful nor attentive to our table. I do understand the possibility of the service staff being overwhelmed which would fall under Moses mismanaging his team this day. I hope they can provide others with a better experience going forward. I will not be returning to this location."

"How fun! Haven’t been since I was a kid and it was still a load of fun! You’re not coming for high quality food, you’re coming for an experience in the rainforest! We’re able to get seated around 6pm on a Friday! Didn’t like where we were first seated and asked to move upstairs and they were really awesome about it! Service is decent. Not sure if they just have a lot of tables but our server wasn’t the most present. When they did show up, they were great! Drinks are solid, I mean come on? You get to keep that glass? Pretty dope! Food is mid. Overpriced for sure. Not bad. Not amazing. It’s good though! I really enjoyed my Korean spicy stir fry. Steak is not the move. The rib and chicken plate is lit! And the veggie pasta was not good, bland and low quality. Will definitely be back for the vibes another time!"

"I was looking forward to going to a Rainforest Café again after about 15 years - going to the one in Niagara Falls is a childhood memory and I always loved it! Unfortunately, our experience here was quite underwhelming: First, we waited for about 35 minutes for our table to be ready although I had made the reservation weeks in advance. I can't understand why we had to wait as long as the walk-in diners? When we finally got our table it was still dirty and the chairs were sticky. Our server was nice, but it took about half an hour to get the cocktail I ordered due to some problem at the bar so I got it after I got my food. My fish tacos were far too spicy for my taste. Also, it was freezing in the place - I don't understand why Americans have to a/c everything down to a temperature where normal people have to wear a coat inside (which we did)? Since my main course wasn't very satisfying, we shared a Key Lime Pie. Unfortunately, it was the worst I've ever had; much to firm, no meringue. The only good thing I can say about this place is the fun atmosphere. Also, the staff was friendly."
