"Ordered through the drive thru and the female employee had a BAD ATTITUDE! Didn’t appreciate how fast she was rushing me through my order at the menu board and when I got to the window she even slammed the sliding window as she took my payment. Nobody else was in line behind me and I’ve spent plenty of money at this location before. Name in the receipt is Jaedenn, not even sure if that’s her name but management needs to correct the attitude problem or be content with losing more business."
"This probably the worst Jack In The Box that we have ever visited. The clerk was not rude but spaced out. The place was dirty. The drink station only had one flavor which was coke and it was mostly carbonation.The restrooms where disgusting and smelled like sewer. Food was edible but flavorless. We do not recommend this place and will come back."
"4/2023 -(*) Restrooms should be cleaned hourly they where very dirty if I would have seen this 1st I probably would not have ate here especially after over hearing a drive thru girl talking about she doesn't know why she is discharging orange stuff EHW !!!! THAT'S PRIVATE INFO SHE WAS TALKING VERY LOUD. -(**) There OIL is NOT HOT ENOUGH!!!! MY EGG ROLLS AND CRISPY TACOS , Curly Fries , onion rings WHERE DRIPPING OIL AND SOAKED OF OIL very gross. -(*) COOKS are so SLOW!!!!! AT making sandwiches smh -Soda they COMPACK and PACK YOUR CUPS WITH ICE BEFORE putting soda. *(+) Friendly P.s Jack in the box Mozzarella stick not Very good ! Arby's are better. Also POOR OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT *No CARE *No Standards *No Quality"
