""Team leader" had a very bad attitude! My tap pay wasn't working so I asked her if she could enter my card info manually and she rudely responded telling me "I've never done that before but I'm Only Going To Try ONCE and if it doesn't go thru I'm not going to try again" she then preceded to tell me it didn't allow her to do it so I left without food because I didn't have cash on me so I had to leave with no food. That team leader needs more training, she obviously doesn't know what she's doing and doesnt know that her ugly attitude wont get her very far. A few weeks before a regular employee was able to do it for me so maybe that employee can teach her."

"My elderly parents went into this restaurant on their way to their doctor's appointment because my mom was craving Jack in the Box before her procedure. They have a routine when they travel long distances, where my mom goes and orders while my dad visits the restroom after being on the road. My dad notices the restroom as closed with a sign for customers only. He sees someone that works there and ask if he can get access to the restroom. She said that it was for paying customers only. He informed her that he is a paying customer and that his wife was ordering at the counter. She then proceeded to say that they had to pay for the order before they could unlock the door. I can tell you that in many years of working in the restaurant industry I have never heard of an employee denying access to the restroom until the order is paid for. I know that there are times when the restroom needs to be restricted to limit homeless and drug users from using their restrooms for other purposes... however, it was obvious that my mother was placing an order, they were not from the streets, and were paying customers even if my dad's word was not enough. Needless to say, they canceled their order and left this establishment. When the person was asked to for the managers name, she replied with "I am the manager". My mother then asked for her name and she said "Blanca", then proceeded to say very sarcastically "would you like my last name too." This is completely unprofessional and rude service at its finest. They'd rather lose a customer than just unlock it so my elderly dad could use the restroom while my mom orders. Yall should be ashamed of yourselves for treating elderly people in this matter! I will be calling the health department to inform them that customers do not have access to restrooms in this establishment. Maybe it will take a shut down to change how this restaurant does its business. If I were the Jack in the Box Corporate Office or the franchisee of this establishment, I would seriously consider whether or not Blanca Carter and this ridiculous restroom policy is right for your business!! Next call the Health Department. Read the reviews... this restaurant needs a culture change!!"

"I ordered the munchie meal thru doordash and when i got my bags I was missing the order of fries, 2 tacos, and small tea. I tried calling the store to replace it before going to doordash support, but they insisted that the dasher said he gave me everything and they wouldn't replace anything. I've been experiencing so many problems with this store. I tried contacting dash support and they said they couldnt compensate me for the missing items. So I paid the extra fees the dash app adds for delivery, the delivery fee, and tip but I couldnt recieve the food I ordered or be compemsated for the money I spent on food I didnt recieve. This isnt an isolated incident either. This is the third time this has happend at this same store."

"Never dissapoints! Every time the night manager works idk his name but when he works the food is always and I’m mean ALWAYS FRESH!! I got to all the jack in the boxes in the south area and this one stands out by FAR! Keep doing a good job and keep them tacos hot and crispy!!"

"Tacos were so overcooked there was no meat. Very disappointed had order 10 of 2 for 1 tacos and 2 large fries"
