"Took me 20 minutes to get my curbside order, only reason I got it was because I got down and complained about and was told that my food been waiting for 10 minutes and that they couldn't take it out to me because supervisor didn't let them. So after 20 minutes I got cold food. Wouldn't recommend going here"

"First time at this location. The food wasn’t very hot even though we had to wait in line at the drive thru for a couple of minutes. The wait wasn’t too bad, but the food should be hot. The service was OUTSTANDING though! The lady taking the orders was upbeat, friendly, and professional! She acted as if she LOVED her job, and I believed her!!! She even repeated the order to make sure she had it correct. Got to the window to pay, and she was just as courteous and friendly in person too! She told us to have a blessed day before we moved to the next window. Then, as we pulled to the next window, the next lady was just as friendly and polite. She had our food ready immediately, which might be why it wasn’t very hot. I don’t mind waiting for a minute to have hot food, but otherwise, service was excellent!!! We’ll be back to try the food again. Hopefully it’ll be hot. Our daughter just started at St. Philip’s Culinary Arts program."

"I just stopped in to kill time between appointments, and I was surprised by how clean the store was. Even the restrooms were clean. My food was made to order, and the employees were very kind. I also noticed that the store got an A/100 from the health department. I don't stop here often, but after this visit, I will definitely be back. I just wanted to add that the parking lot was also clean and handicap parking was very convenient."

"I've been there many times I mean it's decent food, I mean, for what it is, it's not healthy, but they're mainly rude. I mean, they don't care for the customer. Sometimes they just is just too many people they are just like wait in line. Wait your turn, you know when you have complaints. As a door Dasher, there's been too many times that I go there. And I have to wait forever to get the order. It's like we're helping you make business by. You know, getting the order and taking it to your customer. But we have to wait behind all the customers that are ordering when these orders have already been placed. And we're trying to get them to the customers already. So they just don't seem to understand that, and they have us waiting there. We waste gas time and we don't get to do all the orders that we possibly could do. If they were to just give us the orders or let us go to the portal or let us go to the third window and pick up. It's pretty much that simple but yeah. Huh, not giving them too good but review if they can't fix those issues."

"This may not be the typical review about the food or service or other attributes of this location, however, I cannot say enough about how IMPRESSED and incredibly heartening it is to see this location use employees that are a bit challenged. Their smile and genuine happiness is felt and contagious even if just simply bringing food out to the car. It absolutely warms my heart to see this opportunity being provided to them and the Manager or whoever that is supporting them through employment is to be fully recognized and applauded!"
