"This is the slowest unpleasant and unprofessional McDonald's I ever been too in my life. The staff lack any customer service experience, including the Managers. The bathroom are always disgusting and whomever cleans the bathrooms in the morning needs training on how to properly restock toilet paper and that the mop needs to be clean before they mop. It smelled horrible. They clean by power washing the drive thru more thoroughly than the inside of this establishment. Never eating here again. If this is how they supposedly "clean" their restaurant, I shudder to think what's going on in the that kitchen."
"Making customers park elsewhere so the line keeps moving sucks. The line keeps moving to other parking spots people. And then you still get the order wrong. Smdh. All I ordered was a burger, nothing special with add ons or changes. How is it i never get an upgraded burger. It’s always a cheaper one."
"This hasn't to be the dumbest bunch of employees at this location. I've ordered from here many times because like most kids, mine love McDonald's. I am not exaggerating when I say they NEVER get my order right. I have to pay for 2 different dashers everytime because there is always something missing or wrong with my order! Tonight I was missing all 4 of our drinks! We have had drinks and no food on other occasions. Seriously McDonald's what the hell is wrong with this place?? How hard is it to put an entire order together? Someone needs to get headquarters involved because this is just insane. Order from a different location...seriously!"
"Three employees saw me and didn’t greet me much less have my order ready. One girl with long red braids decided she’ll stand literally right beside me and chat up a customer about movies or family drama before even asking can she help me. Training Definitely needed, as I wonder why weren’t the other coworkers even helping her out?? I know it’s McDonald’s but c’mon y’all, at least let your customers know they’re seen if your app tells us we are late to pick up food and y’all haven’t even started the order yet. Positive and note? At least my food was hot…"
