"I was here for breakfast, after waiting over 15 minutes, the egg on my sandwich was so hard and clearly had been sitting out a while. I spoke with a manager who was not wearing a name tag, and when I showed her my sandwich she was rude and simply left me standing and waiting another 5 minutes before another employee informed me I can take a seat and they were going to remake my order. Very poor service and no communication skills whatsoever."

"I guess they got mad I ordered Mac sauce on my burger. Just a nasty soggy mess."
"Went in today 9/26 and it took 15 minutes for just a cheeseburger and fries. Service is always slow here, but I have never had to wait that long for food, and this was before the lunch rush. There were mangers walking around and cleaning every single inch of the restaurant, which is good, but the place looked plenty fine and there were multiple customers waiting for quite a while for their food and I think customer service should be key. A few of the upper management were also dressed in regular clothes and you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between who looked like they worked there and who actually did."
