"We placed an order for 8 pizzas, a week in advance for my daughter’s birthday party. The night before the party, we called the restaurant to confirm they had our order. The worker was very dismissive but assured us that the pizza will be available for pick up. I arrived at the day and time of our pickup, only to be greeted with a locked door, no activity inside and no one answering the phone. This was 30 min before guests were to arrive for my daughter’s birthday party. I waited for an additional 20 min but no one bothered to show up. Folks, it may be cheap pizza but the couple bucks you save is not worth the headache. This boils down to irresponsible, undependable bad management. How is no one at the store during business hours?"

"If I could give this location zero stars I would. We like Little Caesar pizza. We specifically go there for the deep dish pizza. I picked these up for a birthday and was very disappointed. The two square deep dish were made out of round dough and formed into squares. If that wasn’t bad enough, when it came out of the oven the pizzas were cut into 4 pieces each! There is no way they didn’t do this on purpose. I called the location and the employee was very nonchalant about it. As if it wasn’t a big deal. I did receive a refund but I wanted the pizza for the party."

"This was the worst little Caesars. I’ve ever been to in my life. They don’t even know what the word, hot and ready means! We waited 30 minutes and our hot and ready still wasn’t ready. We got our money back. Customer Sevice stunk. You really need to put this little Caesars out of business. Very very bad."

"This is ridiculous its can't be that hard to make pizza I'm not one to complain but come on I like 25 mins away got dinner for the kids it's late I get down the road and this is what I get when I open the box I have been on hold for over and hour trying to reach a manager to get a refund or make it and and still Noone has answer I will be coming corporate in the morning I can't believe this"

"Great service. These guys work so hard to try to get everything out fast, and they are BUSY. People place orders or 5+ pizzas at a time on weekends. I saw 3 people come in to place large orders while I waited. They were still fast with my order. Thanks guys!!"
