"Our Sunday dinner experience was disappointing. The 2 large cheese pizzas we ordered arrived 30 minutes later than scheduled. Not only was the cheese on top burnt, but the extra sauce we paid for was missing. To add to the frustration, the pizza dough was tough to chew, making the entire meal unpleasant. We had to discard both pizzas and opt for a meal at the nearest restaurant."

"Not only is the pizza great, but the staff go above and beyond! I am blown away by the kindness this place, especially the delivery driver (Joel) showed me. I accidentally put in the wrong address for the hospital we needed pizza delivered. When Joel called me to inform me it was incorrect, he had already made the drive to the incorrect address, yet he went out of his way (and out of their delivery zone) to ensure a family was fed while their loved one was struggling in the ICU. I am so appreciative and will forever be a Marcos customer!"
