"We ordered food today and the driver was really friendly and kind when giving us our food. After we noticed we were missing our drink we called the store and Lance issued a refund but not before making fun of the delivery driver saying “he is special as you could probably see.” This came off highly rude and unprofessional. The missing drink is not the issue at all but making fun of someone with special needs with customers is unacceptable in my opinion."

"Food was great but services was terrible . I ordered online, drove thru drive thru paid for my order. He told me your order is coming out of the oven please wait a few . I said sure np. 15 mins go by and the same guy who took my payment said can I help you ? I said yeah I'm still waiting for my order I paid for . Oh lemme check on that he says . He comes back and I quote I'm sorry sir we don't know what happened to your order . We are going to have to remake it . So I had to wait another 20 mins for my order. Yes the food was fresh and great but the service and the lack of braincells that went into the service was 0 stars ."

"I haven't been back to this pizza hut in a year because it was so bad. I see nothing changed! I didn't get what I ordered and specified the last time I came I ordered 40.00 worth of pizza and they gave me someone else's order. Two cheese pizzas and a black olive pizza. No one eats black olives, I didn't think I had I would have to check my order and I paid for a pepperoni pizza and got a cheese pizza. The meat pizza had burnt hard meat on it. Done! Will never be back. My advice, go to Marcos!"
