"Tired of having issues with this location. Last time I purchase from them. Cold food plus they had me waiting way to long in the drive through. By the time I left they had cars wrapped around the whole store Last 1 or 2 years the service has been declining. And with the service I got last time. I'd rather order from another location or different pizza spot suchs as domino's, or pizzaiollos across them. They definitely need to send someone to fix this location asap before they lose all customers"
"I didn't get food poisoning, so there's that. $13 for a drink and room temperature wings with no flavor. That goodness I got garlic sauce because these were supposed to be garlic wings for my order."
"Lately the team can’t seem to actually cut the pizza all the way through which is annoying and makes a mess for the family. Take .5 more seconds to ensure the crust is cut. These last 2 pizzas were barely warm and mushy. Just not good food and I love Pizza Hut. And I tipped 10 bucks on 25 in pizza!!!! Ordered again tonight. Still can’t cut or properly cook a pizza. Now with a photo Very hard to add another review, however, I ordered anoth pizza tonight(10.9) Light sauce and extra crisp, came with normal sauce, not crisp at all (white floppy bottom) and they still can’t fully cut a pizza to have 8 slices Please do better for a $40 pizza (delivery, plus tip) Please do better"
"We got our first pizza and it was made horribly. BUT we called the store and the manager took care of us and sent out a new one to make it right. First photo is the messed up pizza and the second is the corrected pizza. Create customer service. Both delivery drivers were friendly and nice."
